Shipping
We offer shipping via most popular shipping methods even if not listed as
a choice on this site. Options include; Canada Post (registered),
DHL, FedEx, Purolator, and UPS. If you want to have your item(s) shipped by one
of the methods not offered in the checkout process; you can place your order with
the shipping method indicated in the comments section. We will confirm the new
shipping charges before charging your credit card and before shipping.
Returns
All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number issued by UniSon Production Products within 31 days
of your original ship to date, for most retail merchandise. After 31 days from
the ship to date we can no longer issue an RMA and will refer you to the manufacturer
for warranty service. RMA’s expire 15 days after they are issued.
All returned NEW products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in the original
resalable condition, with all packaging, software, manuals, blank warranty
cards, other accessories and documentation included.
The merchandise with the original manufacturers packaging, must be itself be placed
within another package to avoid damage to the manufactures packaging. The valid
RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the external packaging.
Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. The customer is responsible
for any loss or damage to an item during return shipment to UniSon Production
Products. We recommend that all items shipped to us be insured for
damage or loss.
